Room Packages at the Hilton Garden Inn

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF A PLAYER IS STAYING WITH ANOTHER PLAYER, WE WILL MAKE THOSE ROOM ARRANGEMENTS. This form is only used if a player wants to stay with a friend or family member instead of another player or if the family wants to stay in room by themselves.

Player’s Package
Entry fee of $675.00 includes: golf (including practice round and three tournament rounds), room from December 27 until December 31, breakfast and lunch, transportation for player to and from the airport and the golf course and to any special events. Players are on their own for dinner, except as outlined in the tournament schedule.
The entry fee is based on two players rooming together from December 27 until December 31. The Patriot Committee will be responsible for putting together that list. We will communicate with the players as we get closer to the event to determine any rooming preferences.
If the player plans to arrive one day before or leave one day after, his rate will be $159.00 plus tax. Any stays beyond that will be charged at the Hilton rates in effect at that time.
The entry fee anticipates that the player will stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. If the player prefers to stay off-site, there will be NO adjustment in the entry fee.
Player Staying with Friends or Family
If the player prefers to stay with a friend or family member, the Hilton Garden Inn is offering a discounted room rate of $68.00 plus tax (total of $77.92) for the other half of the player’s room.
If the player and family/friend plan to arrive one day before or leave one day after, the rate will be $159.00 plus tax. Any stays beyond that will be charged at the Hilton rates in effect at that time.

Friends and/or Family Staying in Separate Room
The Friends and Family package rate is $136.00 plus tax (total of $155.84 per night). This rate assumes that a player is NOT staying in the room with the friends or family.
If the family plans to arrive one day before or leave one day after, the rate will be $159.00 plus tax. Any stays beyond that will be charged at the Hilton rates in effect at that time. This rate includes the player staying in the room with family.
