Please complete this form to reserve a room at the Hilton Garden Inn for The Thunderbolt Tournament. The Tournament fees cover the cost of a room for the player from December 27 until December 31. PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT use this form if your Player is staying with another Player. It is required if he is going to stay with family or friends, or if the family will stay in a separate room from the player. Once the form is completed, please allow 24-48 hours for someone from the Patriot or the Hilton Garden Inn to get back to you.
