2016-17 (Freshman):
- Played in Baylor lineup in all 12 events during debut season, once in No. 2 spot, three times at No. 3, and four times each at Nos. 4 and 5
- Led Bears to first No. 1 national ranking in program history, first NCAA Regional title and first NCAA Championship match play berth
- Earned All-America Third Team (Golfweek) and Honorable Mention (GCAA) and became first BU golfer named to Golfweek's five-player All-Freshmen Team
- Also picked up PING All-Central Region, All-Big 12 and Academic All-Big 12 Rookie Team recognition
- Named 2017 Big 12 Newcomer of the Year, joining Jamie McLeary (2002) as Baylor's only players to win the award
- Became first BU freshman to win Big 12 Golfer of the Month when he was honored for February 2017
- Recorded third-best single-season stroke average in program history at 71.19 across 37 rounds
- Played team-high 23 of 37 rounds at par or better and counted 80 percent of rounds toward team score (29.5 of 37)

- Played No. 4 or 5 and improved finish in each of first five tournaments at Baylor, culminating with career-first medalist honor at The All-American
- Made BU debut at Fighting Illini Invitational, carding 11-over 221 to tie for 36th place
- Improved to tie for 28th place with even-par 213 at Maui Jim Intercollegiate
- Recorded first top-10 finish with even-par 210 to tie for ninth place at Jerry Pate National Intercollegiate
- Wrapped up fall season with 4-under 209 to tie for sixth place and help Bears claim title at Royal Oaks Intercollegiate
- Won individual title by three strokes over 96-player field at The All-American, shooting 10-under 206 (68-66-72) to lead Bears to team title
- Moved up to No. 2 spot for Querencia Cabo Collegiate and tied for 28th place at 1-over 214, while Bears took second place as team
- Returned to No. 5 spot and shot 6-under 210 to tie for eighth place and help Baylor win third tournament of season at Linger Longer Invitational
- Shot 5-under 139 in rain-shortened Aggie Invitational, tying for second place individually and helping team to second-place finish. The Aggie Invite was BU's seventh consecutive top-three finish, which led to program's first No. 1 national ranking in April 3, 2017 Golfweek/Sagarin rankings
- Shattered Baylor record for best NCAA Tournament score by eight strokes, carding 10-under 201 (68-66-67) at NCAA Stanford Regional. All three rounds at Stanford Regional ranked among top 10 individual NCAA Tournament rounds in program history, and 201 total tied third-best 54-hole mark in any tournament in Baylor history
- Helped Bears rally from five strokes down late in final round by making eagle on No. 16 and getting up-and-down for par on final two holes, as BU claimed share of Stanford Regional title
- Shot par or better in first three rounds at NCAA Championship and finished stroke play tied for 35th place at 4-over 292 (72-70-71-79)
- Bears finished tied for seventh place to advance to match play for first time in program history
- Defeated Oklahoma's Blaine Hale 1-up to put first point on board in quarterfinal match, but Bears fell 3-2.
