Player: Benjamin Partridge

A London, England native, Partridge got recruited by Blue Dragons head men's golf coach Chris Young and decided to join the men's golf team at Hutchinson. Ever since, he has greatly exceled and led the team to an NJCAA national championship.
Also being the NJCAA individual champion, Partridge decided to commit and sign a letter on intent to play golf at the University of San Francisco.
Partridge was named the Jack Nicklaus award winner from the spring golf season and was also named to many first team accolades in the junior college world. Now, he is thrilled to take the next step in his golf career and join the program on the West Coast.
BEFORE USF:
• Crowned NJCAA National Champion at Hutchinson Community College...Became the first person in history to win the NJCAA preview tournament and national championship in the same year
• Earned First Team Ping All-American Honors and Second Team All-American Honors
• Named the NJCAA Freshman of the Year (Mickelson Award winner) and the NJCAA Player of the Year (Nicklaus Award winner)
• Scoring average of 71.2 for 29 rounds... 23 of 29 rounds were even par or better
HIGH SCHOOL:
• Attended St. Andrew's Catholic School where he played golf, rugby, badminton and soccer
• Was named the 2018 Outstanding Teammate and Player of the Year, finished second in the Surrey Schools Golf Tournament
• Finished third in the 2019 Surrey Schools Golf Tournament
• Named to the 2020 All-Academic Second Team
• Won the Surrey Schools Team Championship twice (back-to-back)
