GOODYEAR, Ariz. – Every December, the West Valley Mavericks Foundation hosts something special: 156 of the world’s best amateur golfers arrive at The Wigwam for the Patriot All-America Invitational, a bowl-game-style championship that has showcased some amazing future pros, like Brooks Koepka, Justin Thomas, Collin Morikawa, Sahith Theegala, Daniel Berger and Bryson DeChambeau, to name a few.

But what sets the Patriot apart isn’t only who plays. Every golfer carries a bag bearing the name of a fallen or wounded service member or first responder, and when the final putt drops, those bags are returnd to the schools and auctioned to benefit Folds of Honor scholarships for the families of those heroes. When you partner with the Patriot, your brand stands alongside top-tier competition, a community that rallies around veterans, and a cause people are proud to be associated with.

Meanwhile, in Surprise, Arizona Sterling Grove Golf + Country clubs hosts an additional 75 top collegians who also honor those same fallen or severely wounded heroes.

The tournament is more than great golf. It’s a three-day community celebration with a Concert Series, Veterans Village, and Opening Ceremonies, and it directs $100K+ a year back to local West Valley charities.

Our partners reach a crowd that cares about this community, and they’re recognized as part of something their employees, customers, and neighbors can be proud of. Partnerships start at $2,500 and include signage, digital recognition on the 18th hole leaderboard, and VIP tickets for you and your clients.

About The West Valley Mavericks
The West Valley Mavericks Foundation (a 501(c)(3) non-profit) was born of the imagination and vision of a group of community leaders late in 2012. The West Valley Mavericks (or just ‘Mavericks’) is a group led by gentlemen who believe that the West Valley is an incredible place to live, work, and play.  The Mavericks’ charter is to advance charity, culture, community, and commerce in the West Valley of Phoenix. As an organization, we use individual contributions, fundraising events, business sponsorships, ticket sales donations, as well as hands-on community service to raise money to assist children and families, help people in need, and improve the quality of life in West Valley communities.
