2023-24 (Sophomore): Dalton State
MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Dalton State junior Sara Burger has been named the SSAC Women's Golfer of the Week for her standout performance during the week of September 29 – October 5. This marks the third time overall and the second week-in-a-row that Burger has earned the weekly honor.

Burger delivered a dominant showing at the Invite at Innisbrook, capturing the individual title by an impressive four-stroke margin. She fired rounds of 65, 71, and 71 to finish at six-under-par 207, showcasing consistency and composure across all three rounds.

Her opening-round 65 set the tone for the tournament and was one of the lowest rounds recorded in the event's history. With this win, Burger continues to solidify her status as one of the top competitors in the Southern States Athletic Conference (SSAC) and a key contributor to the Dalton State women's golf program.
2022-23 (Freshman): Dalton State
Played in 2 tournaments with scoring average of 75.60, one top-5, and one top-10 finish....Her best score was 71 (-1) in the second round of the Roadrunner Invitational, where she posted a 4th place showing
