Plainview – Benjamin Lubker has been named an NAIA First Team All-American and 2024 NAIA PING First Team All-American after an outstanding junior season for the Pioneers. This is Lubker's second career NAIA All-American recognition, and the second career PING All-American recognition of his career.
Lubker, a native of Fano, Denmark, is coming off a season that saw him pace the Pioneers to three team victories (Mid-South Classic, the NCCAA National Championships, and the TPC San Antonio NAIA Shoot-Out) and an individual first place finish at the TPC San Antonio NAIA Shoot-Out. In 2024, Lubker was also named 2024 Sooner Athletic Conference Player of the Year and claimed seven Top-10 Finishes.
At the NAIA National Championships, Lubker finished tied for 12th after shooting rounds of 73-71-73-79-296. Going into the final round of the tournament, Lubker was in sole possession of second place at one over Par. Lubker finished the NAIA Championships with 50 Pars and 8 Birdies.
