ADA Cart Request Form

The Patriot All-America and The Thunderbolt can provide reasonable accommodations to disabled tournament spectators who would like to observe competition rounds at the Wigwam or Sterling Grove G+CC. Spectators requesting use of a golf cart must complete the online form and submit it, at least, seven (7) days prior to the tournament dates for which a cart is requested. The Committee shall review each submission and will follow up with the requesting individual in a timely manner. A very limited number of carts are available at each site and requests will be honored on a first come-first serve basis.
