Accommodations

Two contestants will share a room at the resort during the event, unless they notify the Tournament Committee in advance that they will be staying with family, caddie, friend(s) or in the case of local contestants at home.   On your information form, please indicate a preferred roommate.  Room assignments will be made available upon arrival at tournament check-in.  It is not necessary for a contestant staying with another contestant to make a hotel reservation.   It is, however, the responsibility of a contestant staying with a parent or friend to secure their own arrangements at the Wigwam.   The room rate for a friend, caddie or family member staying with a contestant will be $70 per night.  The room rate for a family/friend not staying with a contestant will be $99 per night.  Reservations must be made directly with the hotel at (800) 327-0396 or (623) 935-8811. Upon arrival at the Wigwam, please proceed to the tournament registration desk located in the lobby area where you will pick up your room keys and tournament information packet.  Please note all contestants will be responsible for providing a credit card for incidentals at registration desk.

Local Transportation

In order for the tournament committee to schedule for your arrival into Sky Harbor International Airport please email or fax your travel itinerary (arrival/departure, flight numbers, etc) to Maureen LaMantia mlamantia@azgolf.org or (602) 944-3228 no later than Wednesday, December 16thIf you will be driving to the event and do not need local transportation please confirm this with Maureen LaMantia as well.

Contestants arriving at Sky Harbor International Airport from noon on Sunday, December 25th through Monday, December 26th should proceed to the Patriot All-America transportation table located in baggage claim.  Tournament representatives will be dressed in red Patriot All-America jackets and will coordinate your transportation to the Wigwam. 

In the event that your flights are delayed or cancelled you must contact the Patriot All-America tournament headquarters at (623) 935-2522 or text (602) 370-1200 with your updated arrival information.   If texting, please be sure to provide your full name along with your updated travel information. 

 Contestants arriving on Tuesday, December 27th must coordinate their arrival in advance. 

Return departures should not be made prior to 6:30 p.m. Friday, December 30th.  The Tournament Committee will provide transportation for all contestants for departing flights through Saturday, December 31st.
